Affiliation fee must be paid before any game can be played. The affiliation fee applies to all would be players during the whole season. Players must be members. The club has a policy of not fielding ad-hoc or guest players. 40% discount on club affiliation fee can applied for if the new member joins after the 1st January 2008. Each application will be subject to approval by the committee

Membership Match Fees

It is a requirement of membership that you pay for your hockey on time when you play. It would greatly assist your captain and the treasurer if you remember to pack your match fee before your astro boots. It is expected that you able to pay your match fee to the captain prior to the commencement of the game or travel from the Island.

Match Fee for a Senior £15.
Match Fee for a Junior £7 (under 18).

If club members are in full time education or unemployed and over 18 then a match fee reduction can be applied for. The application has to be made in writing, with supporting documentation, to the club committee. The application has to be supported by the members regular captain and approved by the committee. If the committee approve the application the members match fee will be set to a suitable level given the circumstances of the individual.

Inter-club games will be charged to cover the “pitch costs”. This will be fixed at £5 per player Senior and Junior.

Special exemptions for match fees
U18 who play on a Saturday AND for the Colts on a Sunday in the same weekend will be asked to pay a £7 fee for Saturday and £3 for Sunday.

Players who play 50% or less of any game can request to pay a reduced rate. These requests must go via the Treasurer.

Training Fee

Club Training costs £2 to all Members. Non-Members who wish to take part in training will be required to become Full Members. A completed membership form and affiliation fee must be present to the person in charge of training.

Standing Order System

There is a way of saving money if you opt to choose to join the "Standing order system". Contact the club treasure before August 1st 2007.
